Following our initial discussion, we will provide a preliminary proposal for the room/property, including mood boards and draft showing the new distribution of the space, any structural modifications required, carpentry and furniture layout. Preliminary colours, fabrics and finishes selection will be proposed at this stage.  

During this stage, we will discuss cost in order to design within the budget.

Once the concept design is approved, we will provide a technical drawing job pack for sign-off. This includes all the details and materials specified during the conceptual stage. We can request samples of any materials discussed upon request.  

The technical job pack includes floorplans, elevations, and realistic visualisations of each room.

Following the Technical Design, we will provide a suppliers shopping list with details information of brand, colours, and cost of each item per room and the total project costing.

We can offer you the option of buying through us in order to provide trade discounts if available for each item. This service can be provided for an extra fee; the service includes managing the whole purchase, negotiation, delivery, and installation. This allows to fully manage the project in case that any issues arise. Please note this is optional.

After construction and decoration have been completed and all the items have been purchased or installed, we will carry out the styling and quality control of each room, which includes the positioning of furnishings and any decorative elements. We will take pictures for our company records and then we will consider the project completed.
